In1986, Whitney Edwards principals Richard Edwards and Charlene Whitney Edwards saw an opportunity to bring their graphic design and corporate communications expertise to the Eastern Shore, yet still enjoy the peace and tranquility found in “The Land of Pleasant Living.” As the Shore has grown over the years, so has the firm, now employing six people and counting many of the area’s businesses and nonprofit organizations among our valued clients. We set our standards to the very highest level, just one reason why we’ve been able to capture the loyalty of the locals, as well as those clients from across the pond and beyond.

As a communications team, we take a coordinated approach, developing visual images, concepts and avenues for action. Although each of us has a specific background combining education and experience, we have a chemistry – a creative group dynamic – that enhances our individual skills. Our relationships in the studio, and with our clients, are comfortable, enjoyable, and mutually rewarding.

Located along the scenic, tree-lined streets of downtown Easton, Whitney Edwards is headquartered in a historically renovated building with a surprisingly open and sophisticated interior space conducive to the creative process. In fact, the renovation project was recently awarded a “Citation In Excellence In Historic Preservation” from the Town of Easton (cheers to Paul, Barry and Terry.) Clients actually prefer meeting on our turf where they can gaze out the windows overlooking the Talbot County Courthouse gardens, and where Rascal the office dog demands a cookie and a scratch behind the ear. Although the atmosphere is relaxed and casual, we’re anything but when it comes to delivering creative and innovative designs on time, on budget and on target.
