OUR APPROACH
Understanding that every client is unique with varying needs and expectations, Whitney Edwards has developed a proven, yet flexible set of practices to keep the design process moving forward in a cost-effective and timely manner, while achieving an innovative, exclusive marketing package.
1. Consultation - In the initial phase, we get to know the client, their vision, goals and objectives. We offer samples of similar projects to review and evaluate. Together, we determine the design challenges and schedule of the project at hand.
2. Concept - Whether preliminary sketches or rough computer renderings, we run brainstormed ideas by the client to make sure we’re on the right design track. From here, we proceed with several options from which the winner is chosen.
3. Design - Here’s where we run with it – color, layout, typography, illustration, content, photography – to move from concept to completion, while providing client updates along every juncture.
4. Perfect - In the final proofing stages, no stone is left unturned, no “i” undotted, no “t” uncrossed, no link unverified – we make certain the project is flawless and exactly what the client envisioned.
5. Deliver - For print, mechanical files are prepped, printer’s proofs approved and once on press, the job is checked to ensure top quality production. For web, the site is uploaded, multi-platform tested and optimized for maximum searchability.
6. Feedback - Although we love the rave reviews, the follow-up determines if the project achieved its original goals and objectives. A satisfied client is the ultimate reward for a job well done.
